3. Non-Refundable Charges: Setup fees, onboarding services, and any additional services (e.g., custom integrations or training sessions) are non-refundable.
4. Upgrades and Downgrades: If you upgrade your package during a billing cycle, the new rate will apply at the beginning of the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for downgrades in the middle of a billing cycle, but your downgraded package will take effect in the next cycle.
